Specially created for IDDSI Level 5 Minced and Moist requirement, each bento set comes together a set of high protein meat, vegetables and one portion of carbohydrates, cooked with authentic Asian non-spicy sauces for a savoury meal.
The menu includes a series of local Asian favourites and they have been enjoyed by our residents at the nursing homes. Cooked and flavoured with authentic non-spicy Asian sauce, the items can be eaten on their own or serve with porridge for a filling meal. These bento meals are suitable for both elderly and children too.
