Pengat Pisang is a traditional Malay dessert. For the peranakans in Singapore and Malacca, this delicious dessert is almost always cooked with palm sugar. Bananas contain vitamin C, potassium and other vitamins and minerals. The texture is smooth for everyone to enjoy, also suitable for patients needing IDDSI Level 3 texture modified diet (Honey thick). No chewing is required and no fiber is present.

Steam for 15-20mins before consumption.
