It is prepared with real mushrooms, caramelized over the stove for long hours in order to extract the mushroom's essence and achieve the rich consistency of puréed soup. This protein-fortified soup has as much protein as two eggs and is packed with 27 vitamins and minerals.
It serves well with a main meal and is a great high- protein snack choice.
